Altho this is completely my opinion, I am going to give my money to the hard working companies in BMX that back good pro riders that push our sport each day. It looked like NOTHING on his bike changed throughout that edit, and I am assuming it took more than two weeks for him to film based on the different clothing etc seen.
Not to mention he doesn't seem to ride that hard. Bunch of grinds and s. I am going with my gut on this one that he installed things poorly, or maintained things poorly, and THAT is why he had issues. What part of the fork snapped?
What part of the front wheel snapped? The bars? The stem? The cranks? I bet it was the BOLTS on the stem from using the wrong sized allen, same with the cranks unless they were the 30 dollar ones, in which case you are an idiot expecting them to last forever , the bars I am assuming BENT from when you fell or threw your bike, and the fork dropout probably bent because you land pretty hard in grinds.
Front wheel, I am guessing a bent axle or spokes broke from grinding with no hub guards? Learn to land smoother in grinds and everything for that matter and you don't have problems.
As to their warranty, post actual screenshots of your email sent, and their response. That way they can see if there is misuse or if it is an actual defect. If you see lifetime warranty and think it means "I am good forever with this product no matter what I do" you are ignorant. Riding up the street and something blowing out would be.
