Why does nintendo hate earthbound

It's handling of Earthbound and the Mother series is just one of the more outstanding examples. I was rather annoyed with how they handled Fire Emblem, too. We didn't get the games in the correct order, and I have no idea which game is the first one anymore. I mean, look at how much lengths they went to in spoiling Mother 3 for fans who had been waiting for a translation.

It's like they're saying, "Enjoy this because it's all of Mother 3 you're going to get. They think that all of us missed EB, so anything Mother we know, was presented to us by them in the Smash series. Its just the arrogent, yet ignorant vibe i'm getting. An unusual blend of herbs and spices. To be fair a good number of people have been introduced to EarthBound via the SSB series, so its not a hard assumption to make. But people like me who are introduced to earthbound via Smash start to wonder, WTF where is Ness from?

Sorry for the long wall of text in my past post, but I wanted to make myself crystal clear on those issues. Since I got those issues out of the way, I'll try to make this shorter. With the main copyright problems addressed, I quickly want to point out, yes, Nintendo is loaded if you want to put it that way, but Nintendo has to give 2 things for dumb lawsuits. First, obviously money, but even if they win the case, they STILL have to pay money for a lawyer, and all that jazz. Secondly, they have to pay TIME, keeping them away from There is also a reason why Nintendo of America is located in Redmond, Washington.

Why does this matter? It would be incredibly impossible to release just in one part of the region. NoA just not fealing like release a particular game in Virginia.

One problem What does that mean? What pops up on the American side, goes to the Canadian side as well. And imagine if Nintendo wanted to just make sure ONLY America gets that, they would have to code 2 different codings for 2 different regions, and if that happens, Nintendo will most likely have to set up a Nintendo of Canada, which would be completely useless.

If this was too long, I'll sum it up here: Nintendo CAN'T slip 2 branches just for one game without losing even more money, which, wouldn't that be the point to release EB again to make money?
