When we were having difficulty deciding between boards, Karim came over, made us feel comfortable, and helped us make an informed decision. Not only is Karim very knowledgeable, but he talked my husband out of spending more than he needed to — now that is someone who truly cares about their customer! After that, Joe was extremely helpful helping us pick out fins that fit us and that were comfortable.
